Start the day on Saturday 22nd August at 6am at Alum Chine Beach with a sunrise special for Lillie's birthday! This event includes sunrise sound healing, optional sea dips, community connection and homemade croissants for all participants. Bathe in the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls underneath the first light of the day. Suitable for all; bring a yoga mat OR towel, swimsuit, your fave hot brew, a hot water bottle and an open heart. Booking is essential. As the Summer season begins to soften, this is your invitation to slow it all the way down. To land, to breathe, to gently let go of the summer rush and return to yourself. We'll meet at The Saltwater Sauna on Sandbanks Beach. Beginning with a 20-minute movement practice on the sand to awaken the body and settle the mind, before stepping into the warmth for a 65-minute Saltwater Sauna Ritual, guided by our Sauna Master. Expect purifying salt inhalations, aromatic steam infusions, gentle thermal leaf whisking, nourishing body scrubs and optional sea dips if you’re feeling brave.
